
Former Russian national team midfielder Alexander Samedov in an interview with the YouTube channel “Comment. Shaw ” complained about life in the US and promised to return there.
Samedov told about the trip to Washington and new York. “I thought new York was so dirty. Of course, I went there to watch sports. But exactly how dirty it is, how many homeless people I saw there, homeless people lying on the street, ” he shared details. When asked if he wants to return to the country, the player answered in the affirmative.
Samedov announced his retirement in the summer of 2018. As a member of Spartak Moscow, he won the title of Russian champion at the end of the 2016/2017 season. The athlete is also known for playing for Lokomotiv, Dynamo, Moscow and Krylia Sovetov Samara.
As part of the Russian national team, Samedov became a quarter-finalist at the 2018 world Cup. He played 53 games for the team and scored seven goals.
